The people at Lateral:

The team is directed by Paul Stone and Oliver Keast who, between them, have nearly 50 years experience in the property industry. Their skills and qualities combine to provide a dynamic driving force for the company.

Paul Stone C.P.E.A. F.N.A.E.A. F.I.C.B.A. M.Land Inst: Paul is a qualified estate agent and has worked in this profession for over 30 years. For the last 5
years he has specialised solely in Land and Development. Through the years he has worked on countless development sites from conception to completion. He has worked in various locations including South London, Kent and Surrey. Paul has a wealth of experience and is well known in the residential development sector providing a competitive edge for his clients.

Oliver Keast M.Land Inst:

Oliver has worked in the property industry since leaving school. He worked briefly for his family’s building firm before moving in to Residential Estate Agency. Following a successful 12 years in agency he decided to pursue new challenges in construction and development. He was involved in a variety of projects from small scale refurbishments to multi-million pound developments. Oliver combines his agency skills with his construction knowledge to deliver practical solutions for his clients.
