 Valuations – We offer a professional and independent service for a variety of needs from provision of an informal opinion to more formal requirements. Unlike traditional estate agents we only sell and acquire sites prior to development, we do not sell new homes so we do not have a hidden agenda of wanting to retain the additional revenue from their sale. As such we provide an unbiased value from the existing use of the site to the off plan values for the proposed new homes.

Site Acquisition and Sales – We act for a vast array of clients ranging from private individuals through to large companies. If you are a landowner or have a property suitable for development we can act for you in a number of ways with the single aim of achieving the best possible price for your asset. We also act for retained developer clients to assist them in their search for suitable sites. As agents we will only act for one party thus ensuring no conflict of interest in our business dealings.

Preliminary Planning Advice – The key to the development of any site is gaining the right planning permission. We keep up to date with all relevant planning policy and the allied politics at both a local and national level. We also regularly attend public planning meetings. All of this combined allows us to report accurately on the planning issues likely to affect a site.

Development Appraisal – Almost all development is undertaken for profit so to ensure the viability of a site and cover every angle is essential. We can undertake a variety of appraisals tailored to the individual client needs. This could be a simple viability study to a full pre-contract report with detailed financial information including cash flow and profit projections.

Consultancy – There are a number of issues surrounding development and as a company who specialise in this arena we are happy to assist in most matters. You could be a private individual who wishes to build your own property but are unsure where to start or a commercial property owner looking for a different view on your portfolio.
